Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays. If order volume is high, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Innerbloom is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Innerbloom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the carrier and save all packaging materials.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If the address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you for an update. If we cannot resolve the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Innerbloom is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us:
We’ll file a claim with the carrier, involving local law enforcement if necessary. A replacement or refund will be processed upon completion of the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.
