Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak times, processing and shipping may take slightly longer. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We do not process or ship orders on major or government-observed holidays. All shipping estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

We ship to confirmed addresses, and PO Boxes, within the U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are prohibited. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping address accuracy. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or returned for any reason, the customer must pay additional shipping fees for reshipment. Innerbloom is not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from address errors.
Auto-Delivery Plan orders are shipped based on the delivery frequency you select (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly). You will be billed according to your Auto-Delivery Plan terms unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle. Auto-Delivery Plan orders cannot be modified once they are processed for shipping. If your Auto-Delivery Plan item is out of stock, we will notify you and pause your order until inventory becomes available or you choose to change the item.
Pre-orders are shipped once inventory becomes available. Estimated fulfillment timelines are listed on the product page but are not guaranteed. You may be charged either a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout, depending on the item. Your stored payment method may be charged at a later date when the item is ready to ship. If you need to cancel a pre-order, it must be done before the order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be held until all items are available or split into multiple shipments at our discretion. Please Contact Us for updates.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take up to 48 hours to activate. Tracking updates may be delayed until the package reaches a local sorting facility. If you don’t receive your tracking number, please Contact Us.
Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery. Customers will be notified if this applies.
Innerbloom is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs) are the customer’s responsibility.
Innerbloom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered."
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier immediately and retain all packaging for their review. If your package is marked as "delivered" but missing, contact USPS to file a claim.
We make every effort to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If we cannot validate your address, we will pause your order and contact you for clarification. If the issue cannot be resolved, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Innerbloom is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due, but not limited, to:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued.
Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or additional shipping charges for reshipment.
If a package is returned to the sender due to an undeliverable address for any reason, that address will be blocked from future shipments. Refunds will not be issued. Customers may place new orders but must provide a different, deliverable address.
While USPS is generally reliable, shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or high seasonal demand are beyond our control. Innerbloom is not responsible for delayed shipments.
