Auto-Delivery Plan items can be canceled at any time before your next billing date. If an Auto-Delivery Plan order has already been processed or fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. If you cancel an Auto-Delivery Plan before fulfillment, any refund due will follow our standard refund policy. Visit your Innerbloom Account or your order confirmation email to manage or cancel your Auto-Delivery Plan.
Pre-orders may be canceled and refunded only if they have not yet been fulfilled. If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, you may still request a refund under the standard return guidelines above. Refund eligibility will depend on the condition of the item and compliance with all return requirements.
