Auto-Delivery Plans
By purchasing an Auto-Delivery Plan, you agree to receive automatic, recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout. Payment details are securely stored and will be charged automatically for each recurring order, unless you choose to prepay.

Auto-Delivery Plan Management: You may update, pause, or cancel your Auto-Delivery Plan at any time prior to your next billing date. Visit your Innerbloom Account or use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your Auto-Delivery Plan.

Auto-Renewals: Some Auto-Delivery Plans renew automatically at the end of their term. You will be notified in advance, and you may cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Cancellations: Cancellations made after an order has processed or shipped will apply to future recurring deliveries only. Any shipped Auto-Delivery Plan orders fall under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds: Auto-Delivery Plan orders already processed or fulfilled are subject to the terms of our Refunds & Returns Policy and may not be eligible for a full refund.

Pausing or Skipping: You may pause or skip an upcoming order within your Innerbloom Account, provided it is done before the order is processed.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or temporarily out-of-stock products before they are available for immediate shipment.

Payment Terms: Pre-orders may require full or partial payment at checkout. In some cases, your payment method may be authorized and charged later when the item is ready to ship.

Cancellations: You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is treated like a standard order and falls under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Changes to Pre-Orders: You may update your shipping details or payment method before your order is fulfilled. However, changes after fulfillment may not be possible.
