30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, sealed, and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please Contact Us. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original item and place a new order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items.
If you purchased our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for resolution.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., flower, joints, concentrates, etc.)
- Custom products (e.g., promotional bundles, special orders, personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items returned to our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus:
- A 15% restocking fee (except for damaged or incorrect items)
- Return shipping cost (if applicable)
- Any return fees charged by the carrier
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Innerbloom is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or undelivered due to shipping errors. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lost or stolen packages during transit
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
- Incorrect recipient names or address errors entered at checkout
- Packages deemed undeliverable and returned to sender
If your package was returned to the sender despite the correct information being provided, please contact USPS for assistance.
All refund and return requests are subject to Innerbloom’s sole discretion. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
