We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. See eligible items for return below.

Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, sealed, unworn with tags (for apparel), and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

If you bought our product from a different retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

Damages & Issues

 

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flower, joints, concentrates, etc.).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

 

Please contact us for exchanges. The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a separate order for the replacement after your return is approved.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
