Participation in IB Rewards does not guarantee availability of specific rewards, and redemption is subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, and compliance with applicable laws. Points earned from any order that is canceled, refunded, or fails age verification will be automatically removed from the customer’s account at any time. Adjusted points cannot be restored once the order is voided. All issued coupons expire 30 days after the date they are created. Customers will receive an automated reminder email 3 days before the expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated, extended, or reissued.
